It makes me so mad when the MD offices treat us bad.  It’s rude and unprofessional!  You are fine.  I had a gush if blood last week and have been spotting since.  While it’s not totally normal, it can be in the first trimester.  Try to take it easy and see if it clears up.  
If your MD’s office cannot respect you, time to find a new one!  Make sure you tell the MD directly how you were treated because the staff tries to hide their behavior.  I’ve been down that road before and the MD had no idea.

No, thats normal spotting. I had spotting like that weeks 5-7

I had a little red speck like that very early in my pregnancy and everything has looked perfect at my 6w and 9w ultrasounds. If it doesn't get worse, you don't need to be worried.
