Help to understand LH
So I just started using the LH strips this month and I’m not sure I know why I’m doing... Today I’m 14 days in to my cycle and according to Glow I should be ovulating today. I also did have clear stretchy discharge yesterday. Every morning for the past week I’ve checked the LH and it’s always negative (even today).... does that mean I haven’t ovulated this month ? I feel like I should have by now ? Thank you...
