2.5 month old cannot asleep Without being saddled. Any advice as we get closer to being unable to swaddle ?

We use nested bean. There's a transitional sack that allows her to have her arms up. it's been great knowing that she can fall asleep with her arms up but if she's really restless we can still swaddle her arms down. Plus it's much easier than blanket swaddling, it's velcro and zip lol

I slowly swaddled my daughter less and less tightly until I could eventually not swaddle her at all. It was a really long transition for us, though!

Keep baby swaddled, no point changing what works. Only stop when they start to roll. My son transitioned really well at about 2 months but that’s because he liked to suck his hands. Most babies do grow out of it when they need to.
