Dog fighting at dog park

So we have a lab/pit mix he's nutered but I can't take him to the dog park because everytime I do he gets into a fight with other dogs there it's mainly always been female dogs he's fought with. We also had one of our neighbors dogs which is a friendly female over next thing you know they are fighting I am not sure what caused this but she gets along with our other dog. Do you think this type of behavior will change ? I can't walk him because he pulls or goes crazy so the dog park was ideal until then. I've tried training him to walk with me but he just doesn't get it lol
