Graco infant car seat recommendations?

Which Graco infant car seat do you recommend? I tried to compare them online and can’t really figure out why one would be better than another. 
I read the 35 ones don’t have breathable material and being in Texas, I can’t have extra hot car seats. But I’m also not sure if that’s a true. Any feedback would help! Thanks!

This isn’t the exact one we got, ours was a little bit different in design but pretty much the same. I can see what people might mean about it not being “breathable” since there is a ‘safety surround’ thing that fits tighter to their head so they aren’t flopping it around as much. We live in WI, had a June baby with a SUPER hot summer. He was just fine in the car seat when going places in the car. When we would take him out for walks outside sometimes he seemed to get a little warm but we would just duck inside somewhere with AC to cool off for a bit before continuing if we weren’t close to home yet.
