Menstral cup- please help!
Can anyone give me any pointers that aren’t in the instructions? I’ve read them but I had a very difficult first day :/ I was so excited to try but I feel constant pressure when it’s in, it leaked, and it took me 2 tries 20 minutes each to get it out. I can’t seem to get my fingers in far enough to grab the cup to release it, like there’s not enough room. I have the saalt small cup.
