How to find time for gym and baby
Because of work. If I got to the gym I only see my baby for 30 min- an hour a day. My baby also gets up twice a night so I’m always tired. I want to get my body back and lose my belly fat but I just don’t have the time 😔 it’s Been almost a year since my c section and I still need to lose 30 pounds to be at my pre pregnancy weight . I feel so down with my self. I feel so ugly and I have no one to make me feel beautiful
