Hey everyone. I’m seeing a lot of recommendations for witch hazel toner for breakouts and would just like to let you all know that that is not a good idea. Whether fighting day to day or hormonal acne, @labeautyologist on twitter and Instagram is a licensed esthetician and highly recommends against using witch hazel as it strips everything from your skin and tends to dry you out, which is not really a good thing. She has multiple videos on YouTube as well explaining further.
