Fibroid distorting uterine cavity?????
Results from HSG and MRI revealed I have what appears to be a submucosal fibroid pushing on my uterus causing the uterine cavity to be distorted. Interesting how this exact info never came up in any transvaginal ultrasounds I had during my first two pregnancies that unfortunately ended in MCs, but I digress. We are waiting an appt with a surgeon to see if she recommends surgery, I guess a myomectomy? Already met with fertility specialist and most likely going to start the

Has anyone else ever had this type of fibroid? How about an abdominal myomectomy? What is the recovery time? I’m so nervous and have tons of questions. I’m already 34 :/
