Everybody keeps telling me to time contractions and I’m not sure what exactly they feel like since I’ve never felt them. I’m having pain in my lower belly that feels like he is moving around kind of but it’s really hurting me.. plus nausea with horribleee back pain... early labor

Your contraction should feel like your whole belly is being squeezed! 5-1-1 contractions 5 minutes apart for 1minute in length for at least 1 hour is usually when it’s time to go to the hospital:)

I’m literally having the exact same things. 38 tomorrow. My back has been throbbing all night here and there. I’ve only had one or two sharp pains in the front. But now she’s moving around so much it’s literally making me cringe it hurts so bad.

I have gone in twice for the same type of pains but got sent home twice. However, with my sisters and Mom that was their active labor symptoms.... So honestly I have no idea 😂. Sorry, good luck
