7 weeks.. organs moving??

At 7weeks isn’t it too early for things to be shifting around?

I’m definitely bloated but something I noticed is if I am laying down or sitting with my feet out I can’t twist my body without feeling like I’m crushing something inside. I was half sitting half laying in bed and I leaned around to get my phone off my night stand and I couldn’t go all the way because it hurt .. I felt like I was twisting an organ.

Anyone else feeling this? I didn’t think things were shifting just yet.
