Measuring ahead with twins?

Question

I’m just curious how far ahead was everyone measuring with twins? Did this vary during the pregnancy? 
I went for my first prenatal appointment this week at 17 weeks with twins and was told I’m already measuring 23.5 weeks. 
This is apparently nothing to worry about according to the MFS, given it’s twins, but I can’t help but wonder how far along will I be measuring by the time they’re born!? 😬 😅

My doc has never measured the outside of my belly. He said he doesn't do that for twin pregnancies. 🤷‍♀️

If you’re talking about belly measurements- my doctor told me to expect to measure 8-10 weeks ahead the whole time. He said “so when you’re 30 weeks, you’re going to 40 weeks. So just mentally prepare for that”  
I’m 17 weeks right now and my dr hasn’t measured my belly at all. Just ultrasounds for the babies and they are measuring right on track with my weeks. The ultrasound measurements shouldn’t be ahead.

i measured 40 weeks at like 28 weeks by belly measurements, ultrasound wise i measured 1-2 weeks ahead constantly but i had my twins at 30 weeks

I always measured 4-5 weeks ahead 😂 but both my babies were almost 7 pounds

Went for My 26 week midwife appointment and my belly fundal height was measuring 36 weeks so 10 weeks ahead

I was 15 weeks measuring almost a week and a half ish ahead and babies were three times the size they were “supposed” to be. Doctor wasn’t fazed and said twins go through huge growth spurts all throughout the second trimester where they will measure ahead or behind and then catch up

I’m 30 weeks and belly hasn’t been measured at all. Via ultrasound, each twin is smaller than a singleton baby would measure at 30 weeks.

I’m 32 weeks and 5 days today. I am measuring that belly-wise with the fundal measurements, however, they’ve said I’m small and my babies are also small on the percentile for the growth chart, so that could be why, too I guess... 🤷🏼‍♀️  I have gained 19 lbs so far this pregnancy and I started at 124 lbs (I’m 5’7”). This is my third pregnancy and my last single baby I had last year, I was this size around now, so I think they’re just going to be teeny tiny babes when I have them in a week or two.
