Anyone else more than 10 days late?

10 days late and nothing but BFN go to the doctor on Thursday. Last period was December 21 for 3 days normal. Than started spotting January 3-5. It was bright red only when wiping than to brown.
3 test at home and one at doctor's (not blood test)
