Losing weight
Hi guys,
I’m overweight and would love to lose weight but I find it really difficult at the moment! I work mostly long hours on my feet so I don’t feel that motivated to go for a walk etc at the end of the day as my back and feet usually are pretty sure and I’m exhausted! But I really want to find some motivation to do so but I don’t know how! I’m also a really fussy eater so I would be sticking to just simple simple foods so what are some good healthy meals and tips?? Like what should I eat in the morning/ throughout the day to keep energised 😊
