Devastated😢

So Jan 21 my baby was healthy,perfect heartbeat hcg levels were good so after my vaginal ultrasound I started to bleed with clots asking god what went wrong everything was just fine they think I had a miscarriage after 🤔🤭 something in my chest is not sitting right with that being said today I went had another ultrasound and they said I have a yolk sac but now no baby they want me to come back the 17 of Jan like what is the point I’m still bleeding I’m just so lost for words 😭😭😢😢😢😢😢
