I'm looking into pre-school programs for my son. 9.5 months. The area I live is very competitive for preschools but you dont have to do them before public school. We want our son to have that extra leg up so we are looking into it now. It gives me SO MUCH anxiety! What programs are the best for the cost, do we look for SNAP or Montessori classes or a combination of both? How will he transition from that format to public school? Should we do private school instead (I'm 100% against this).

Anyone else having these kinds of issues or experienced them in the past with older children? How did you manage? Please advise!
