OMG I thought I had AF!!!!!!!

Ummm is it possible to implant on 12dpo? I’m shaking right now. Thought I had what should’ve been my period the past 2 days because it was more of a brown color than pink but no red blood(I thought it was just a really light period)......temp went up this morning so I had a strange feeling and tested. 14dpo today. Second line came up right away!!! I missed yesterday’s temp due to my son being up the night before and I thought I had AF so the temp didn’t matter. Please tell me this is real!! I will be shocked.
