I am not scheduling an induction
I’m not doing it for the practice, even if it’s convenient for them. I’m not scheduling that sort of thing at my 36 week appointment. I want to go about these next few weeks with positivity, given that my natural labor ended in c section last time. Right now I could switch doctors with the snap of my fingers if it came to be 41 or 42 weeks and no baby, and then they have no room to accommodate an induction that’s actually necessary. Maybe they should stop inducing so many of their patients out of convenience, or maybe I’d be able to wait until it’s my time to actually come in. I don’t want those horribly painful contractions that make you need an epidural super early. I don’t want my baby’s heart rate to go down. Nope, not me!
