Is the Taking Cara Babies program worth the money??

I am tempted to try but we have a pretty good sleeper. It could be better but I don’t want to ruin what we have. I think between her blog, and insta posts we are maintaining enough not to buy the program. If she gets all out of whack we will buy it, but I’ve read a ton of helpful tips in her blog alone that have made getting into somewhat of a schedule easy.

It didn’t solve all of my problems but for me it was worthwhile because I was absolutely at my wits end (I think this was at about five weeks) and it helped being able to just hear someone calm and reassuring and non-judgemental. 
By the time bub was five months though we were both ready for more structure and went with the Ferber method.

I am currently working through the ABCs if sleep right now. Our daughter was a horrible sleeper. I tried informing the class when she was 5 months but she didn’t take well. We started again 2 nights ago and it’s going MUCH better! She was waking only 1-2 times a night but we struggled with early morning wakings (waking up at 5 to eat) and naps suck. Working on weaning our night feed in hopes she’ll sleep 11 hours! I’d say it’s worth it!

I got the ABC's of sleep when my daughter was about 6 months old, because she was waking up 5-6 times a night to nurse, I was exhausted and I had tried everything else. It saved my life, my nights, my sanity and my relationship 😂 it's not perfect, we've had setbacks, but all in all it's been life-changing!!

We only used the newborn and 3-4 month bundle, not the ABCs of Sleep course. The newborn/3-4 month bundle helped us soooo much, and now our girl sleeps like a champ, so there’s no need for the ABCs class. But, if we felt she needed it, we would do it!

I thought the newborn class was great. My girl started sleeping pretty well following the newborn period on her own, so I never felt the need to buy the course. However, seeing how great the newborn class was, I totally would have if we were having sleep issues past 5 months.

I bought the 4-5 month class and found all the information given was quite general where I could find it the same info on a Facebook group page for free.

We used Samantha Day Sleep Consulting - her courses are cheaper and she gives you a choice between several methods unlike Taking Cara Babies. We loved it!

We used the newborn. And the one after that, and I liked the tips she offered. We did not use the 5-24 months because we just did formal sleep training. However, I have heard good things about it.
