Anyone had bad abdominal/uterine cramping once their milk dried up? I had one-sided ovulation pain 2 days ago. I’m 11.5 months postpartum, and my milk dried up at 11 months. I’ve had somewhat irregular periods since my periods came back around 3 months ago. I just had my period 2 weeks ago and today I’m having really bad cramps like my period is going to start. My postpartum periods have been very painful and very heavy. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be fluctuations in my hormones?
