Symptoms after sex

My husband and I have sex regularly, almost daily. He is fixed, for almost 5 years now. We had sex last night and I barely noticed anything wrong/different, when I went to the bathroom I noticed after wiping I had a pale pink and little bit darker pink/red and had some on my pants as well. I feel like I tore or something and abdominal pain.just really uncomfortable today. I won't be on my time of the month for another 2.5-3 weeks, What could it be?
