Anyone here who conceived the last couple of months?

TTC and just want to know what symptoms you experienced before you found out you were pregnant! And if you tracked it on the app.

Sore boobs and shooting pain in boobs. Slight nausea and peeing more frequently.

BFP this month at 11dpo
I knew beforehand because my boobs were on fire and hot to the touch at about 8/9dpo.
At about 7/8dpo I had a day of vaginal pain, not cramping but like an actual sharp pain directly up my vagina, not agony but definitely not nice. 
That's it really, just started getting mild headaches last couple days, a few crampy twinges and mild waves of sickness.

Yes! I’m only 5 weeks. 
Sore boobs, cramps, headaches and sensitive teeth and less of an appetite. The nausea only started this morning.

I conceived this month and I tracked all my symptoms not bbt though, I did do OPK's. I had a headache, sore boobs and cramps
