Staples or Sutures?

Has anyone been closed up after their C-section with dissolvable staples? If so, what was your experience like?

They used a glue type suture to sew me up! I loved it. Worked great. No problems, never had any issues. I’ve had 2 c-sections and never had any pain after my surgeries. I was up walking around just 2 days after my surgeries.

Sutures over staples every time. I've had both. I had staples and my skin was healing over them and it was terribly uncomfortable.  Also. It didn't feel too go to get them removed.

I had staples went in a week later to get them removed it wasn’t bad.

Had both types if staples, definitely prefer desolvible it was unpleasant getting them removed. Actually second time our GP did it it wasn't too bad but when midwife did it she was in a hurry and it hurt.
