Not sure what to do???

Question

My periods are 15 days late ,did HPT but all negative.
Today had beta HCG blood test,but it came out negative.
But I still feel I'm pregnant,not sure what to do??
Is ultrasound scanning required? Or should I just assume I'm not pregnant.
As I have to start taking deviry tab as suggested by doctor to get my periods.

It is highly likely you’re not pregnant if blood test is negative. Blood test is very accurate. Did you track your ovulation? If you didn’t you could have ovulated later than you thought. For peace of mind, you should request an ultrasound before starting the medication to jumpstart your period. I still think you’re not out till AF shows especially if you don’t know when you ovulated. Hope everything works out for you
