According to the pregnancy medication list i cant take anything right now other than nasal spray ! 😠fever , chills, sorethroat, sore ears, stopped up nose ! I am miserable ! What are your natural remedies 💙💜 any advice welcome ! ** sidenote** im 9 weeks and 5 days .
