Should I buy bottles?

Should I be buying bottles even though I plan on strictly breast feeding? I know breast feeding might not work out how I want. So should I buy them?

With my first, we got bottles on our baby shower and she didn’t take them at all. We actually went and bought sooooo many different brands to try to get her to bottle feed and she was not interested at all 🙅🏻‍♀️ so this time around, I’m not buying new ones. I like someone‘s suggestion to get samples though! 👍🏼

For babysitter or family to feed or hubby so u can get a little nsp or break i woukd. I have a few for family,  my daughter n hubby to use. But i will be pumping after 2 or 3 weeks. Just 5 or 8 will do

Yes you should. You should also buy one can of formula just in case. I pump so my husband can help with midnight feedings.

I did. Just for the sole purpose of knowing that I am eventually going back to work and I wanted to start introducing a bottle to him once a day after he was a few weeks old to reduce the chances of him refusing to take a bottle later on.

Yes, just a couple doesn’t hurt anything. There’s always at least one time when you may need somebody else to feed the baby in a pinch.

i'm EBF, but when we go out to eat i pump milk or i give him formula. So yes, bottles are a must
