I need help but there are no parents of teens here. 😰

My son is 16 turning 17 soon. He has a girlfriend and I was just saying how proud I was that he respected my wishes and refrained from sex, turns out he was just good at hiding it and covering up his tracks because I overheard him talking with his gf outside. I need advice from parents of teens PLEASE because in my house underage sex is a big NO but I haven't confronted him yet because I haven't decided what I'm gonna do. Help
