Baby’s belly looks kinda splotchy?

Hi ladies! I noticed my girl’s belly looking like this but it’s not bothering her. She hasn’t really tried anything new except a sip of OJ last night. Any ideas what this may be?

My daughters belly gets super splotchy when her skin is dry. Her dad and I both have super sensitive skin, especially in the winter. So if we don’t put baby aquaphor on daily it gets pretty bad.

I agree with heat rash or viral rash.. doesn’t look like any allergic reaction I’ve ever seen. Butttt that doesn’t mean it isn’t 🤷‍♀️

Could also be eczema. My daughters looked like that when it first started. Moisturize ASAP
