Teething or a cold?

Question

I know teething can cause all sorts of issues. 
Last Tuesday, Adalynn was running a fever. I gave her tylenol and it went down and she hasnt had a fever since. She's started coughing more and more. now she's got a runny nose and sneezing too. Overall she seems fine that's why I think it may be teething. 
She also had her 2nd flu shot about two weeks ago. I thought maybe that's why she had her fever but I don't know?

My daughter cut her 1st tooth today! It wasn’t there in the morning but by the evening it was just coming through and at bedtime I could really feel it and I can see the one next to it is also coming. She hasn’t had a fever but the past 2 days she’s been really dribbling and has had a really runny nose. She’s also been waking up in the night a lot over the past week. This was the best pic I could get but you can just see it!

My babe has a fever and it was an ear infection. I dont mess around with fevers and I took her to the doctor ASAP
