What do you guys think this is?
My little guy has these two red dots one has been there a week and the other showed up this morning? Are these pimples/sucking blisters? I’m hoping not a cold sore but it’s not crusting/blistering like a cold sore would?
Please any ideas would be great!! The hospital is 1.5 hours away so trying to decide if a trip is needed.
