Scary dream (long)

Of course lately my dreams have been weird and vivid and I don't dream about my baby often, infact I had my first one just last week at 9w, yesterday was the 10th week. So in my dream I was at my parents house and my dad was the only one there and after some time I went to the bathroom (thank goodness not in real life) but then I saw 2 blood clots and then...the baby in its sac...very vividly, I even reached into the bowl in shock and felt it pulsing!!!! I dropped it and went into hysterics and my dad came rushing in and it was crazy, then after I calmed I took it out of the toilet and took a picture of it, then my friend Lydia came up (she lost her baby at 21 weeks this year) I was going to show her the baby, but couldn't find it and I notice she's pregnant....then I woke up...I'm confused and a tad scared if it means anything
