Early Pregnancy symptoms?

My period is due in about a week. My stomach has been super weird and crampy, i would get nauseous randomly. not just in the morning either. Also my nipples have been sensitive and sore, constantly hard for a week now. also noticed a change in smell of my CM and it is milky white. Ive taken a test but it’s definitely too early. What do you ladies think?
