Baby won’t nurse post surgery

I had to pump and dump for one week and now that I can finally nurse my baby is refusing the breast. I only got one feeding from one boob all day when lo first woke from nap. Someone help me - I’m so down about this. I was not ready to wean And lo loved nursing before this. I don’t think This can be considered a nursing strike since I didn’t feed for one week prior ?
