Is it really too much to expect for your boyfriend to plan things? I feel like I’m always the one to throw out ideas on what to do and where to to go. He puts in like no effort in dates and hates going anywhere and I’m sick of being in a boring relationship for 5 years at 23. When we do go out he will buy it but he can afford it and I help where I can. We moved in together and money is tight so we have barely been leaving the house but now I’m always bored and disappointed. I feel like he won’t ever plan dates and he’s always been like that. Why can’t he just surprise me with a dinner reservation? I wouldn’t know what that feels like.
