I’m 1 week postpartum, and I’m still feeling a lot of vaginal pressure, like it’s super heavy feeling especially at night. I’m also still passing some pretty sizable clots. Most of my blood left in my pad is “old blood” brown. But when I go to the bathroom (#2) the water is fresh blood colored, same with when I wipe. I don’t have any hemmorhoids. But if I just go pee, there usually isn’t any blood or clots. Is this normal? How much longer can I expect to be bleeding?
