Today I was told by a LC to try breastfeeding with “my butt down” to help with a fast let down. So that’s a semi laying down position. I guess I was too comfortable because I FELL DEAD ASLEEP!!!! When I woke up I couldn’t see my baby’s head it was under my breast. I’m not sure for how long might she have been under. I immediately grabbed my baby and tried waking her up and she wouldn’t wake up. I was shaking her, patting her back, and saying baby baby wake up. I thought the worst. After a few seconds which seemed like minutes an eternity really, she wakes up. She doesn’t cry or anything. I tried keeping her awake as much as possible. I did a diaper change and she was just calmly staring at me. I feel horrible. My breast are huge so... 😭😢 Thank you Jesus Christ! I just had to share it with someone that might understand.

Say a prayer for me and my baby PLEASE! I’m so scared it caused her brain damage. I feel so horrible!

I pray God takes care and watches over every baby that is in their momma’s arms right now! Praying that no one goes through that or worse. Praying for every momma and baby out there. 🙏🏻😭🙏🏻👼🏻
