Caffeine in breast milk?

I had a huge Costco chocolate muffin this morning for breakfast. Is it possible that my breast milk today has caffeine in it? Could it have caused my baby's fussiness tonight?

Highly unlikely, caffeine in a chocolate muffin would be extremely minimal

You can still have up to 200 mg of caffeine just like when you were pregnant. Chocolate doesn’t come close to that.

I've heard chocolate can be an irritant.. especially if it's not pure. But I don't think it's caffeine.  Some times chocolate is a laxative.
