Exercise and weight loss after baby

My first baby is 2 weeks old and my body is starting to recover now.

I have been weighed and I’m so happy to say I weigh less now then I did before I got pregnant. (So thankful as I was overweight beforehand).

Any tips for keeping the weight off and any suggestions for some gentle exercises to tone up and lose a bit more weight? X
