Pinching in lower abdomen?

I’m 5w 1d and have on and off pinching right in the middle of my lower abdomen. Is this something I should worry about?

If you're really concerned you can always set up an appointment with your doctor to have an ultrasound done to make sure everything's okay. But usually there's a big ass cyst that develops near your uterus and stays there for approximately two months that your fetus basically lives off of so that could be with the pinching/cramping is. If this is your first pregnancy things will be stretching and pulling to make space for your baby so you're basically going to be in physical pain on and off every day. And of course the best part is you can't take any painkillers other than crap that does nothing and barely even touches any amount of pain. But it's worth it in the end trust me!
