Okay so I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS and I actually used to ovulate and get positive opks but haven’t in the past year. I’ve been taking Letrozole and I’m on my second round (5mg). I’ve been testing with opk’s since CD9. And they have been all over the place. Low to high back to low and then high again. I feel like it’s impossible to figure out if I’m ovulating with opk’s. Has anyone else had this same thing happen who has PCOS? I know you can just track your BBT and your EWCM. I’m a nurse and I work nights my schedule is all over the place so it would be super hard for me to track my BBT. And I haven’t noticed any EWCM last cycle or this cycle yet. ANY ADVICE?! 😭😭😡 it’s very frustrating...
