Safe for a baby?

Hey ladies!

So I've made this little crochet cat, looking at it now I'm not so sure its safe for a baby? It's the first time I've done something like this before. Its for a friend and I don't want to give it to her if she won't be able to use it. I'd rather either make something new or buy something instead. Honest opinions ladies!
