I'm 6wks 4days, I've had nausea recently but today was the first day I was actually sick and I've had nausea all day since. I called in sick to work, I just felt so horrendous and I've been feeling shit the last few days in work without being sick.

I feel bad for phoning in sick especially on the first day of sickness. I'm worried how long the sickness will last and if I'll be able to make it into work everytime?

I work full time and this will be my first child.

How has everyone else handled it?
