It’s taken me about 10 months to lose 25 pounds. Sometimes it’s a slow process. I am currently in a plateau. Havnt lost, but havnt gained, for about 6 weeks. Just gotta stay the course. Increase water. Get in some exercise. Go extreme low carb for a week. Something to switch it up and keep the body guessing. I’ll let you know if I figure out this plateau thing. 😉 hahaha
Feeling unmotivated
Started the low carb lifestyle January 6th 2020. Starting weight 244. Current weight 233. I've been stuck for 3 weeks. Eating habits havent changed. I plan on starting to exercise again. Not sure what to do. I feel like nothing I do is good enough. Any advice is appreciated.
