Feeling unmotivated

Started the low carb lifestyle January 6th 2020. Starting weight 244. Current weight 233. I've been stuck for 3 weeks. Eating habits havent changed. I plan on starting to exercise again. Not sure what to do. I feel like nothing I do is good enough. Any advice is appreciated.

It’s taken me about 10 months to lose 25 pounds. Sometimes it’s a slow process. I am currently in a plateau. Havnt lost, but havnt gained, for about 6 weeks. Just gotta stay the course. Increase water. Get in some exercise. Go extreme low carb for a week. Something to switch it up and keep the body guessing. I’ll let you know if I figure out this plateau thing. 😉 hahaha

Just started walking this week. Got in 1.5 miles yesterday and 2.3 miles today. Feet are screaming at me lmao. I hate going to the gym unless I have someone going with me

I also started around that date and have only lost 4 lbs. It takes time. I've done this diet before and it takes a few months to really make moves.

Same here this is my third time trying to get this style down pat. The first 2 times I lost 50# within the first 4-5 months. I just started walking today even though aunt flow is making her self known.
