What cups would y’all recommend after intercourse to keep all of the sperm inside of you? A silicone type cup, or a Softdisk? I’m only familiar with Diva Cup and I tried that for conception and it didn’t work out so well. It felt like as I was trying to insert the cup and get it to pop open, I lost a decent amount of sperm from inside of me 😭 I’m placing my order for some OPS strips now on Amazon. On top of my first question, what is the BEST position to insert the cup after the baby dance is done? Halllpppp lmao 😅
