I'm due with baby 2 June 16. Our son will be 18 months then. My husband is a public high school English teacher and I'm a licensed professional counselor. We do okay currently but the concern is that when baby 2 comes we will be paying $1200 a month for daycare for both babies. My husband has $600 student loan payments, I have $300 ones, and we have a car payment. The childcare alone is almost a whole paycheck. I love our son's daycare. They are wonderful and are right across the street from my office. It's unlikely that we can find a daycare that is a) cheaper and b) trustworthy. The stress is real. It's still not feasible for me to quit to be a SAHM just for insurance alone. 😟
