Weird periods

Hi
So I was raped in May last year. I then didn’t get my periods for 4 months. Pregnancy tests came back negative. I then got a period but then the next month so December I missed my period again and then this month and last months it’s been like one day period with really light flow.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this.
