40 weeks 3 days pregnant. Woke up on the 30th (my due date) with a painful tooth. Called doctor. She okayed me to see dentist. Called dentist. He got me in next day. By that time I had light swelling on my lip. He said I have a abcessed tooth from leaky filling. And he can't do anything because of far along I am and the infection and prescribed amoxicillin. By 8pm that night my face swelled up considerably. Called doctor. Said it's probably cellulitis from the infection and to give the antibiotics 3 days to kick in. I can't believe this is happening. So today at 5pm will be 48 hours on antibiotics. Still very swollen (look like a who from whoville) in pain but swelling hasn't spread anymore so I guess that's good. So scared of going into labor now with my face this swollen with infection and in so much pain.
