Does anyone know what this can be?

It itches sometimes and it feels dry and bumpy when i touch it. I’ve had it for a while now and it wont go away.

I agree, eczema. I’ve had it for a long time and use a prescription steroidal cream when it flares up. Dry weather and stress tend to trigger it for me. My OB said it’s ok for me to use during pregnancy.

Does anyone know what this can be?
