So I have just started using foundation.I have had the Wet N Wild photo focus for awhile but I never really used it till about a week ago.Recently I have noticed little red bumps around my eyes.they look like pimples but they don’t have any puss or anything like that,and they do onto my eyelids.I don’t have acne either.My skin has always been really clear.I tried to research but I couldn’t find anything on it.Have any of you had this problem?Is there something bad in the ingredient I’m not catching cause after this Is a drugstore makeup.i got it from Walmart.Could it be that I am using it more recently than I would before?
