Any nutritionist on here????
I’m not over weight but I would like to lose some weight and get healthy. I’m 5’6 and 160 pounds. I gained a lot over the holidays. The last few days I can’t seem to stop eating, I just want to devour everything lol. What are some healthy meal choices I can bring to work for lunch and to eat for dinner? Other then salads. I really need help.
I feel so bloated and uncomfortable the last few days I don’t know what to do
